**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Managing operations**: Overseeing retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- **Planning and implementing strategies**: Developing and executing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- **Managing staff**: Coordinating and supervising retail staff, including recruitment and training
- **Maintaining customer relationships**: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- **Analyzing consumer behavior**: Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting product positioning
- **Monitoring costs**: Monitoring retail operating costs, budgets, and resources
- **Communicating**: Communicating with vendors, clients, and team members to achieve business goals

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
