The Business Controller is accountable for managing, controlling and continuously improving financial performance of a business organisation. Also responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities. Ensures compliance of the related activities with Nokia's accounting principles, internal controls policies, and reporting procedures as well as with external rules and regulations.
- Collect, consolidate and input financial information in appropriate tools analysis in accordance with requirements and defined targets in own area.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of own activities.
- Proactively perform preventative quality controls and take corrective actions when errors occur.
- Provide basic analysis and report to support decision-making.
- Contribute to ensure compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls policies and reporting procedures, as well as external rules and regulations.
- Cooperate actively with internal / external stakeholders to ensure proper and timely resolution of problems.
- Provide working leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
- May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.

**You have**:

- Master in Finance / Accounting, 5+ years of experience in Opex & balance sheet control and reporting
- Able to communicate well with senior (non-financial) management
- Fluent in English, problem-solving mind
- Experience with SAP, Excel, PBI, ppt, and eventually Planon (not a must we will teach)
- Able to work with people in different time zones, and in different cultures.

- Financial Planning and Forecasting
