Hiring SOX Business Controls Tester with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS)About JobExperience level: 3-8yearsLocation: Remote/PWFHRequired Qualification: CA/CMAAbout this RoleThe Manager – SOX Compliance is responsible for the execution of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) testing across Vodafone’s finance processes. This role ensures timely delivery of the SOX cycle in alignment with Group Methodology and supports senior management through ad-hoc project execution. The individual will also coordinate with internal and external audit teams across global markets.Who are youYou are a qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant with over six years of post-qualification experience in Audit, SOX Compliance, or Risk Management. You bring hands-on expertise in testing business SOX controls and have a strong understanding of risk identification and control implementation. Experience with a Big-4 firm is desirable.What you will doConduct SOX compliance and Section 404 testing for in-scope finance processes with minimal supervision.Ensure timely completion of the SOX cycle in accordance with Group Methodology.Track audit engagements and observations efficiently.Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal audit teams, global markets, and external auditors.Support senior management by executing ad-hoc projects.Maintain Standard Control Sets for Vodafone Finance Operations.Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.Manage projects efficiently and deliver within agreed timelines.Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and adaptability to additional responsibilities beyond SOX testing.What skills you needProven experience in SOX control testing and audit procedures.Strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks.Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.Effective communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.About VOIS:VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, creating value and enhancing quality and efficiency across 28 countries, and operating from 7 locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain and the UK.Over 29,000 highly skilled individuals are dedicated to being Vodafone Group’s partner of choice for talent, technology, and transformation.
