**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Description:

- **
- Post Graduate in Commerce/ MBA Finance with minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise collections, Good in Excel,
Basic knowledge of SAP
- 1. Ensure sales order are created in SAP on time.
2. Ensure customer invoices are raised on time as per SOP and as per government rules
3. Coordinating with project / after sales team team for obtaining proof of delivery (POD)
4. Submit invoices along with POD to the customers on time for payment processing
5. Follow up with the customers for timely collections
6. Ensure issues raised by the customers are timely highlighted to the project / sales team.
7. Negotiate with customers in non-payment cases
8. Ensure bank guarantees are issued to the customers on time for seeking advance payments
9. Periodically track the ageing of customer outstanding and collect over due payments.
10. Prepare weekly, monthly ad-hoc forecasting reports
11. Obtain balance confirmations from customers
12. Represent company in external audits conducted by internal and statutory auditors.
13. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders or auditees during the audits
14. Co-ordinate across functions for driving process controls across functions and enhancement in SAP systems
as per reporting and control requirements.

1. Ensure there is no revenue leakage
2. Ensure accuracy of customer invoices
3. Ensure on-time submission of invoices as per customer guidelines
4. On time collections with no overdue outstanding
