Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms.
Regularly clean office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring their availability and restocking as necessary.
Arrange and organize office furniture and equipment as directed.
Administrative Support:Handle basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist in receiving and sending courier packages and mail.
Distribute incoming mails and faxes to the respective recipients.
Maintain records and logs related to office activities.
Assisting Employees and Visitors:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide refreshments to guests and ensure their comfort during their stay.
Assist employees with tasks like serving tea/coffee, organizing meeting rooms, etc.
Help in setting up and cleaning up after meetings or events.
Errands and Deliveries:Run office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies, stationary, and other necessities.
Deliver documents or packages to various departments or external contacts as needed.
Office Safety and Security:Monitor the office premises to ensure safety and report any security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Comply with health and safety regulations, such as ensuring fire exits are clear and emergency equipment is accessible.
Miscellaneous Duties:Perform other tasks as assigned by the office management team.
Maintain a proactive and positive attitude towards work and demonstrate flexibility in handling various responsibilities.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
