Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Experience in ticketing both domestic and international.
- Vendor management, handling vendors of electricity, and internet.
- Bill payments of all the corporate accounts such as phones, cards, etc.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Skills Required**:
- Female Preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Communication skills should be good.
