
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within specified deadlines.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, contact, and convert potential clients through direct interactions, calls, and networking.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up with leads and inquiries, qualify prospects, and close sales effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively present and promote them to clients.
- **Sales Strategy**: Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions; submit regular reports to management.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
