**Tele sales executive's job description**

**Responsibilities**
- **Generate leads**: Use cold calling and other sales techniques to identify potential customers and their needs
- **Build relationships**: Maintain relationships with existing customers by addressing issues and providing product or service information
- **Meet sales targets**: Work towards predetermined sales targets, which may impact earnings and career growth
- **Provide customer service**: Answer questions or complaints from customers, and provide product or service information
- **Maintain records**: Keep accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and overall performance
- **Stay up-to-date**: Be aware of industry trends and product knowledge
- **Collaborate with others**: Work with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
