**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for achieving production target on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Ensure production quality is maintained and identify ways to improve production quality.

Ensure everyone adheres to safety norms so that there is no workplace hazard

Ensure minimum rejections

To make sure that the production is as per the design.

Responsible for following and delivering as per the process and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Assemble the product as per labour cost of production

Ensure cost saving without diluting performance and the yielding capacity.

Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOPs.

To maintain good housekeeping in his respective plant / work place.

Ensure production unit is ready for customer visit all the time.

Co ordination with Vendors for Job works done as per schedule.

Implement ISO system at shop floors

Training to Supervisors and Workers

Implement ERP system

New Products Prototype development

Commercializing Production for New Products

Preparing daily and monthly production plan

Ensure accuracy and timelines of the production process

Duties include a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase

Assist with the continuous improvement of the production process

Arrange the raw material in minimum amount in coordination with Purchase department.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
