**Qualification**: Any Graduate/PG

**Experience**: 4 - 5 Yrs of experience into Food industry.

**Salary**: INR 2,60,000 LPA - 4,80,000 LPA

**Job Location**: Wadki, Pune.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging material and ensure compliance to all schedules for processes and develop and maintain all packaging material orders effectively.
- Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department and monitor inventory and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same.
- Coordinate with production and quality department to ensure adherence to all manufacturing schedules.
- Manage all work according to packaging schedule and maintain an inventory of materials and completion of all projects with required timeframe.
- Develop team environment in department and resolve all packaging issues in coordination with quality department.
- Coordinate with Plant Head and evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all external vendors and contractors and improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology.

**Skills**:

- Having experience in Inbound & Outbound material handling.
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Tally.
- Ability to undertake market research.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
