**About Company: -** Anduril Retail manufactures and imports more than 4000+ different products from across the world and retails them in India along with exporting them worldwide.

**Position: -** Backend Operation / Product / Stock Coordinator.

**Reporting to: -** CEO/ Director.

**Industry Type: -** E-commerce / Manufacturing.

**Qualification: -** Any Graduate.

**Gender: -** Male / Female.

**Note: - Locals preferred.**

**Responsibility: -**
- Should have experience in Coordination with departments.
- Daily Operation of stores (inward / outward and issuance)
- Incharge of Raw Material Inward and outward, Packing and Dispatch.
- To handle store operation, supervision of loading and unloading materials in stores, dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Must be proficient in Inventory Control by maintaining physical Stock & ERP Stock Tally.
- FIFO & 5S method in store management.
- Maintain minimum stock level & Do Regular and Accurate Stock Counts.
- To organize loading and unloading of material at Receipt Stores/ FG stores, Physical Verification and Counting along with documentation process.
- Give & Monitor Plan Monthly, Weekly, Daily plan to store, Purchase, Production, Dispatch.
- Coordinating and Arrange Vehicle on daily basis for Material Transportation.
- To supervise team of operators working in dispatch.
- Ensure availability of material as per plan.
- Timely movement of In-warded material in respective store.
- To ensure the material availability at production line.
- Ensure complete dispatch process with proper packaging system as per customer order received and must have handled multiple customers.
- Demand weekly dispatch plan from production planning to meet the dispatching targets.

**Required Skills: -**
- Should have Excellent Communication in English.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Punctual and Responsible.
- Should be calm, composed, patient and with a pleasing personality.
- Good hands on experience in Excel.

**Benefits: -**
- Weekly off Sunday.
- Office Timing: Day, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Office Location: - MG Road, Camp, Pune 1.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Daily Operation of stores (inward / outward and issuance): 3 years (preferred)
- Maintain minimum stock level, Inventory Control.: 3 years (preferred)
- Arrange Vehicle daily basis for for Material Transportation: 3 years (preferred)
- supervise the dispatch team: 3 years (preferred)
- planning on availability of material: 3 years (preferred)
- packaging Material boxes: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
