About the Role:
We are hiring Operations Executives to join our growing team. The role involves managing cost

proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation, analysis, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control & Vendor Management
- Source and compare rates from multiple vendors for procurement.
- Negotiate for best prices and terms, focusing on cost optimization.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities (e.g., direct purchase from manufacturers).
- Analyze expenses across locations and suggest cost-saving strategies.
- Handle purchase lifecycle: PI → Approval → Delivery → Billing.
- Maintain a vendor database with alternatives for each location.

Logistics & Dispatch
- Manage dispatch of different items to different locations.
- Coordinate logistics between vendors, central office (Dhanbad), and various locations.
- Book and track courier/parcel shipments.
- Optimize logistics cost through smart vendor mix and planning.

Inventory Management
- Tag and track existing assets; update asset register regularly.
- Handle addition, movement, and disposal of office inventory.
- Conduct asset audits and surprise checks for accuracy.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong vendor negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and data handling.
- Experience in logistics coordination and asset management.
- Ability to manage multi-location operations.
- Organized, critical thinker, and good with timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
