**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Servicing**: Handle inquiries and provide assistance to clients regarding their mutual fund investments, account statements, transaction history, and other related queries.
- **Account Maintenance**: Maintain client accounts and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and updating client profiles as required.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and generate reports on various operational metrics, transaction volumes, and client activities for management review and regulatory filings.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with third-party service providers, such as transfer agents, custodians, and fund administrators, to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements to streamline operations and reduce manual errors.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
