Factory Planning Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Production Planning & Scheduling**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for façade panels, windows, and related components.
- Align factory output with project deadlines and client requirements.
- Monitor progress and revise plans in case of delays, breakdowns, or material shortages.

**2. Backlog Tracking and Planning**
- Tracking all possible backlogs for different projects.
- Tracing them and planning the production for the same.
- Coordinate backlog to all concerned departments and take action to achieve zero backlogs.

**2. Coordination Across Departments**
- Liaise with design, purchase, quality, and project execution teams to ensure material and drawings are available before production.
- Coordinate with site teams for dispatch planning and delivery sequencing.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for timely material supply.

**3. Resource & Manpower Management**
- Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and raw materials as per production targets.
- Track usage of consumables and ensure minimum stock levels.
- Support Factory Head in managing overtime, shifts, and resource optimization.

**4. Monitoring & Reporting**
- Maintain daily production MIS and progress trackers.
- Highlight bottlenecks and provide solutions to management.
- Report factory performance against planned vs. actual timelines.

**5. Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure production is executed as per approved drawings and QA/QC standards.
- Work closely with QA team for inspections and NCR closures.
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) protocols within the factory.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Identify areas to improve productivity, reduce waste, and cut costs.
- Assist in developing SOPs for better workflow and uniformity.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering (preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in production planning / coordination (preferably in façades, Aluminium fabrication, glass, or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and project tracking tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge of façade manufacturing processes (Aluminium cutting, fabrication, assembly, powder coating, glazing, dispatch).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
