**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹3 LPA
**Experience**: 6 Months - 2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads from various channels (toll-free numbers, website chat, WhatsApp, etc.) and transfer qualified leads to counselors.
- Assign leads to appropriate counselors based on expertise and availability.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing to ensure high-quality prospect engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the MIS system daily.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance lead conversion and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide regular feedback to improve lead generation strategies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Graduate from any discipline (preferably residing near the Western/Metro Line).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Presales/Lead Generation/Telecalling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve targets and maintain productivity.
- Should have a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
