- To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
- Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
- To provide the best resolution to the customers.
- Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
- Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

**Qualification**: 10+2 and Above

**Good Communication Skill (Verbal & Written) - MI**

Basic Computer Knowledge

**Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours - Night, Noon, Day - Business Requirement**

**6 Days working**

**Relocate - WFO**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
