We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be assisting Project Mangers in organising and managing the projects. This will involve client calls, managing tasks and projects, keeping track of Projects, Documenation, assigning tasks to Designers and Developers, meeting with teams for the project roadmap and to ensure the project deadlines are met in timely manner.

**Roles and Skills Required**:

- To monitor project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy to understand the client’s need and work with technical team
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Must have good communication and management skill
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Must have knowledge of Web and App Development. Should be familiar with various web design and development related frameworks and CMSes for eg. Laravel, Shopify, Wordpress, Reactjs etc.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assigning tasks to Designer and Developers and keep track on it.
- Determining project changes and able to provide solution to create work flow of the process
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects are all documented and are timely maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
