**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The BDA responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services as per terms and conditions of the Company.
- To Collect advance payments against all orders
- To Send Quotation to the Doctors for making payments against the orders.
- Accurately recording details of doctor's purchase orders.
- Processing all doctors purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads for sales to pursue.
- Managing doctors accounts by ensuring that existing doctors remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with doctors to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to doctors' rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on doctors' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Ensure resolution of Customers queries and unresolved queries to be escalated to senior officials.
- Upgrade knowledge through continual training through ENEBLE portals and training sessions organized by the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
