Job Brief**:Customer Meeting and Road Trip Scheduler**

**Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales is preferred)**

**2-3 years of relevant experience**

**Salary Range - 6LPA to 8 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate with the sales team and other relevant departments to schedule in-person meetings with potential and existing customers. Understand the preferences and availability of both internal teams and customers to find suitable meeting times.**

**Road Trip Planning: Plan and organize road trips for our sales representatives and customer service team to visit key clients and prospects in different locations. Ensure efficient route planning and timely travel arrangements.**

**Calendar Management: Maintain a centralized calendar with all scheduled customer meetings and road trips. Keep the calendar up-to-date and accurate to avoid scheduling conflicts.**

**Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding meeting and road trip arrangements. Communicate details, agendas, and any changes effectively to all relevant parties involved.**

**Travel Logistics: Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and any other necessary arrangements for road trips. Optimize travel plans to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.**

**Problem Solving: Anticipate and address any potential scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or challenges that may arise during the planning process. Find suitable solutions to ensure smooth operations.**

**Data and Reporting: Keep detailed records of all scheduled meetings and road trips. Provide regular reports on meeting outcomes and road trip efficiency.**

**Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the scheduling and road trip planning process. Implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.**

**Requirements**:
**Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and events simultaneously with great attention to detail.**

**Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with both internal teams and external customers professionally.**

**Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely arrangements and adherence to schedules.**

**Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think proactively and find solutions to potential challenges.**

**Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust schedules as needed.**

**Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.**

**Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with various locations and routes to optimize road trip planning.**

**Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer scheduling, travel planning, or related roles would be advantageous.**

**Availability: Must be available to work during regular business hours and occasionally during evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules and road trip requirements.**
