**Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Develop detailed project budgets and cash flow forecasts in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify variances for proactive cost management.
- **Procurement and Tendering**:

- Assist in the procurement process by preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract specifications.
- Evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide input on contract terms and conditions related to cost management and payment mechanisms.
- **Contract Administration**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including processing payments, variations, and claims.
- Monitor contractual obligations related to cost control, payments, and variations, ensuring compliance by all parties.
- **Value Engineering**:

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement through alternative design solutions, materials, or construction methods.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed value engineering initiatives.
- Present recommendations to project teams and stakeholders to optimize project value while maintaining quality and performance.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess financial and contractual risks associated with construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks related to cost overruns, delays, changes in scope, and contractual disputes.
- Advise project teams on risk management measures to minimize exposure and maximize project success.
- **Cost Control and Reporting**:

- Implement cost control measures to track and manage project expenditures throughout the construction phase.
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts to update project stakeholders on budget performance and financial status.
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective action.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
