**Job Summary**:
As a Process Trainer with an MBA background, you will leverage your advanced business knowledge to develop and deliver training programs aimed at optimizing organizational processes and enhancing employee skills. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create effective training materials, and ensure that processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Development**:
- Design and develop training programs and materials that address process improvements, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Utilize MBA-acquired business strategies to align training programs with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
- **Needs Analysis**:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps in current processes.
- Analyze business processes to recommend and develop training solutions that address identified needs.
- **Training Delivery**:
- Use advanced communication and presentation skills to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and processes through feedback and performance metrics.
- Recommend process improvements based on training outcomes and organizational needs.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with department heads and managers to ensure training programs are tailored to specific departmental needs and challenges.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness, process improvements, and employee performance.
- **Change Management**:
- Support change management initiatives by providing training and resources related to new processes or organizational changes.
- Guide employees through transitions and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure that training materials and processes comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Additional certifications in training, development, or process management (e.g., CPTD, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- **Around 2 years of experience**:
- Proven experience in process management, training, or related fields.
- Strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and materials.
- Proficiency in training software and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- **Attributes**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Some travel may be required to deliver training sessions or attend meetings between the branches of the organization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
