**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top IT professionals.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain an updated talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a staffing agency or corporate IT recruitment environment.
- Technical certifications or background in IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with employer branding and diversity hiring strategies.
