**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Sales Resource to join our Edtech team in Mohali, Punjab.
This is a position open for Fresher’s to apply.

As a Sales Resource, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. You will play a critical role in helping our company grow and succeed.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales.

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

Passion for education and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
