
Client Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **UK Calling Expertise**: Handle outbound and inbound calls related to the UK market, demonstrating a strong understanding of regional preferences and practices.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain engaging and professional conversations with clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed effectively.
- **Process Knowledge**: Leverage prior experience with UK-specific processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Time Zone Flexibility**: Work in alignment with UK time zones and observe UK holidays as part of the schedule.
- **Building Rapport**: Exhibit liveliness, charm, and enthusiasm during calls to establish strong connections with clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in UK calling and familiarity with UK processes is highly preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Exceptional command over the English language with the ability to adopt a UK accent when required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and effectively.
- **Enthusiasm and Energy**:A lively and energetic personality to ensure positive interactions during client communications.
- **Flexibility**:Availability to work UK hours and accommodate UK holiday schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
