Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the solar sales team, including scheduling site visits and client meetings
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation for rooftop solar projects
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and resolve queries
- Liaise with engineering and project teams to ensure timely execution of sales commitments
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and project timelines
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in solar or energy sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with solar PV systems and rooftop project workflows
- Experience with government subsidy documentation or DISCOM coordination
- Knowledge of net metering policies and solar financing models
