**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Monitor food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service, food quality, and overall guest experience.
- Analyze financial performance data and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
