**Role & responsibilities-**
- Checking-in & out and circulation of library materials.
- Process new books, maintain circulation records and make reserves on requested books.
- Manage library data and reports utilizing library software systems.
- Maintain library materials including bibliographic and other library files..
- Assist staffs in collecting, cataloging, preparing, and organizing library materials according to
- established policies.
- Assist readers in finding books and help students and faculties in research problems and reference questions.
- Maintain the library in the absence of the Head Librarian.
- Manage library inventory, perform stock checks, and prepare item list for removal, relocation
- Manage serial collection and acquisition of new library materials.
- Any other duty assigned by Director & other authorities from time to time.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
