**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**: Guide clients through available insurance plans, helping them select options that best suit their vehicle and personal needs.
- **Policy Sales & Renewals**: Facilitate the sale of new insurance policies and renewals, ensuring complete and timely documentation.
- **Coordination with Insurance Companies**: Liaise with insurance providers for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim processing.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related transactions, in line with company and regulatory standards.
- **Claims Assistance**: Support customers during insurance claim processes, offering end-to-end assistance.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet individual and team insurance targets consistently, with quality customer service.
- **Customer Retention**: Foster long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, renewals, and post-sale service.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum Experience**:6 months or more in automobile insurance, is required.**:

- **Insurance Knowledge**: Familiarity with motor insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Confident in both verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
- **Customer-First Attitude**: A friendly, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- **Team Player**: Collaborates well within a team while also being capable of working independently.
