Service Coordinator

Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update service delivery reports, trackers, and documentation for accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor the progress of service requests and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the digital team to identify and implement process improvements for better service outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors or partners, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
