**We’re looking for Drayage Brokers with strong expertise in load booking, carrier relationships, and intermodal logistics.**

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage/intermodal brokerage
- Strong carrier network and relationships
- In-depth knowledge of port operations and terminal processes
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with tools like McLeod, MercuryGate preferred
- Knowledge of chassis, detention, and container tracking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Book and manage drayage loads across ports and terminals
- Coordinate with carriers and customers for smooth operations
- Monitor load status, resolve delays or exceptions
- Utilize TMS platforms for load planning and execution
- Drive growth in the brokerage division alongside a strong leadership team
