**Job Summary**:
BTL Biotechno Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and motivated **Sales Executives** to join our team in Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. In this role, you will drive sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our presence in the life sciences market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers in academic institutions, research labs, and biotech companies in your designated territory.
- Promote and sell life science products, including antibodies, ELISA kits, proteins, and other research-related supplies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, workshops, and conferences to promote our product range and expand customer networks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in sales of life science products or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Exposure to Sales and Marketing in the field of Life sciences reagents, Diagnostics, and instrumentations.
- Capable of generating new business and should be a customer relations expert
- Good knowledge and contacts with the core accounts (Pharma and major research institutes)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
