**Job Title: 3D Architectural Modeler (3ds Max Specialist)**
**Location**: Baner, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate, detailed 3D architectural models based on CAD drawings, sketches, or design briefs.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, and lighting setups in 3ds Max for render-ready models.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent.
- Optimize models for rendering and efficient workflow within 3ds Max.
- Deliver models and renderings within project timelines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in architectural modeling using **3ds Max** (minimum [0-2] years).
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within design guidelines.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural modeling in 3ds Max.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp (for reference purposes).

**Important**:
Applicants who primarily use **Blender** or **Maya** will **not be considered**. Proficiency in **3ds Max** is a strict requirement.

Pay: ₹10,120.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
