**Job Description: 3D Modeling Specialist for Architectural Visualization**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and convert AutoCAD plans and drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to conceptualize and refine building elevations.
- Utilize 3ds Max to create detailed and realistic architectural models.
- Ensure models align with architectural dimensions, proportions, and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members to incorporate feedback and revisions into the designs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in 3ds Max and AutoCAD is essential.
- Basic understanding of architectural dimensions, layouts, and technical plans.
- Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for architectural projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and design teams.
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Render is a plus.
- Prior experience in creating building facades and elevation designs is preferred.
