**Intern - **RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Team at Unbox Robotics**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

Root Cause Analysis Support**

a. Assist in identifying and analyzing the root causes of operational issues and incidents.

b. Collaborate with team members to develop detailed RCA reports.

c. Document findings, corrective actions, and recommendations for process improvement.
- ** Data Collection & Analysis**

a. Collect and organize data from various sources to support RCA activities.

b. Use analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate patterns, trends, and potential problem areas.

c. Present data in a clear and concise manner for team discussions.
- ** Process Improvement**

a. Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.

b. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on RCA outcomes.
- ** Collaboration**

a. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for analysis.

b. Provide support to other team members in ongoing projects and initiatives.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**

a. Maintain accurate records of RCA activities, findings, and resolutions.

b. Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of RCA principles and methodologies (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Should be punctual and a good listener
- Desired Qualification: B-Tech/BE: Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Robotics/Mechatronics
- Work Experience: 3-6 months
