**Role Definition**

Attend, analyse, and report supplier caused non-conformance on the material, and proactively identify the potential issues while reviewing the supplier processes to meet the organization’s quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Communication of non-conformance, Conducting Root cause analysis, and data capturing.
- Analysing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
- Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external teams (suppliers); following up response of corrective action.
- Interacting with supplier’s team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Proactively review the supplier processes to address the improvements.

**Degree Requirement**

Degree or equivalent experience desired.

Minimum of 4+years relevant experience is required.

**Root Cause Analysis (RCA)**:

- Utilizes RCA techniques, such as Flowchart, Fish-bone Diagram, etc., to investigate basic problems, determine the causes, and find resolutions.

- Extrapolates lessons to be learned to promote the achievement of better consequences.
- Practices RCA as an iterative process.
