Product Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The support product design & development helps the team for all the tasks related to thedesign & development.

A part of this position will contribute to the Labeling process through continuous and vigilant evaluation of labelling compliance via the Labelling Change Control process and the end-to-end labeling process flow. The position will do this by strictly following both local and global procedures. The role Coordinates with Regulatory Affairs and participate in, technical, operational Development, Global Labeling as necessary to ensure labeling documents and associated change requests are medically and scientifically accurate and that they comply with company and regulatory standards, and meet company needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development and Labeling support activities
- Update/review technical specifications, update/review design validation in case of transfer, update/review FG packaging,

oLabeling: create/update labels, review printed proofs
- Prepare Labeling electronic Files/Folders containing labels to be revised or created by using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat, including supporting documentation for review.
- Redlining and editing labeling documents by using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Route label copy for review and approval electronically in an Electronic Documentation Management System to EU team.
- Proof read to ensure accurate implementation of redlines.
- Identify discrepancies/issues in local implementation of corporate labels.
- Supervise reference labels for updates and ability to connect with concerned.
- Prepare and publish weekly or monthly report related to the Design & labeling activity.
- Ensure all the design or labeling requests reviewed and replied timely to the requestor. Work closely with the requestor and co-ordinate with different dept. to complete the assigned task.
- Maintain the Global Labeling database.
- Marketing: create, update or review technical data sheets.
- Participate to Continuous Process Improvement and work on different project assigned by mgmt.
- efforts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- Able to read the technical specification and interpret it into labelling requirement.
- Good computer skills including label/drawing design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge in Labelling (traceability, bar code, and others technology) will be advantage.
- Experience working in the share services environment will be advantage.
- Experience in design and development, label designing/creation, artwork approval.
- Good computer skills including label/drawing design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CADCAM, InDesign) and the knowledge of WORKFRONT would be appreciate.
- Good written and oral communication in English - the knowledge of French would be appreciate.
- Medical domain experience is plus.
