Your Team

Compliance Surveillance is a sub function of Global Compliance team. Compliance Surveillance undertakes investigation of trade surveillance, trade monitoring, Best -execution monitoring, cross trade monitoring and other Surveillance activities to identify any irregularities by examining data and helps find trends and draw conclusions about the information.

Your Role
- Understand Trade Surveillance & conduct review of Market Abuse alerts in surveillance tool on daily basis
- Get trained on investigating any irregularities & abnormal activities in daily trading and report violations to relevant regional teams
- Get trained on various monitoring activities such as best execution / Fair Allocation etc.
- Get trained on Order management systems such as CRD, Aladdin & Bloomberg and extraction of data from them
- Prepare documentation to support reviews conducted and to substantiate/demonstrate adequate processes/controls to meet applicable regulatory requirements
- Assist in delivery of compliance related projects and initiatives including ad-hoc requirements.
- Research on day-to-day tasks and get insights to automate and create analytical workflows
- Work with other team members and manager to make process more effective and efficient.

The Experience You Bring
- Good Knowledge of Financial Products and Mutual fund industry
- Understand of trading principals and fundamentals
- Good analyzing skills and superb attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Open to flexible working hours

Academic requirements
- Master's degree in Finance
- No current backlogs
- 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
