JRG Creations is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Receptionist. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service operations by reaching out to potential customers, managing inbound calls, and providing exceptional service. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.

Inbound Support: Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed information about our offerings.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, following up to convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and sales performance.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school, diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not required.

**Skills**:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively.

Positive attitude, persistence, and enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
