**Job Title**: Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- QS & Billing
- Handling Vendors /Sub Contractors billing
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Material Quantity Cross Check/Approval/Certification to Site Team
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule& Reconciliation Report
- Study & Analysis of Architectural, Structural & MEP AFC Drawings
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

**Required Skills**:

- Auto Cad &MS Project (Word, Excel, PP)
- Residential Experience
- Great Communication skills

**Experience**:

- QS for Residential projects for min 2 years.

**Language**:

- English ( mandatory ),Hindi, telgu, tamil and Kannada

**Salary**:

- ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Educational Background**:

- B.Tech/B.E. - Civil (Graduate)
