Understanding and experience of the P2P process
Handling of invoice processing, query management functions
MIS Reporting to the leadership team of Ameriprise
Manual accounting & reconciliation ownership of Balance Sheet accounts involved in Accounts Payable
Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues

**Responsibilities**

Understanding and experience of the P2P process
Accounts payable experience (handling of Non PO/PO/ P-Card backed invoices) in US, EMEA, APA regions
Good hands on knowledge of processing of VAT, Reverse Charge and Withholding invoices in EMEA/ APA regions
Should be able to interpret policy and procedures during processing
Proficiency in MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint
Experience in ARIBA/ WORKDAY tools is preferred
Excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding organizational skills
