**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Provident Fund (PF) Compliance**:

- Register new employees for PF.
- Maintain UAN details and ensure linking of Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details.
- Prepare and upload ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) monthly.
- Handle PF advances, withdrawals, and transfers (Form 10C, 19, etc.).
- Coordinate with EPFO office for employee-related grievances and updates.
- Maintain proper records of PF payments and employee details.

**2. ESIC Compliance**:

- Register eligible employees under ESIC scheme.
- Generate and upload monthly ESIC challan through the ESIC portal.
- Maintain ESI Pehchan cards, employee records, and IP numbers.
- Assist employees with ESIC benefits like sickness, maternity, or medical claims.
- Liaise with ESIC office for issue resolution and inspections.

**3. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain statutory registers and records as per PF & ESIC Acts.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Submit monthly and annual reports as required by management or authorities.
- Track employee contributions and resolve discrepancies.

**4. Employee Support**:

- Educate employees about PF and ESIC benefits.
- Provide timely support for any claim processing or grievance redressal.
- Coordinate for joint declarations or KYC updates.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good understanding of EPF Act 1952 and ESI Act 1948.
- Familiarity with government portals (EPFO, ESIC).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Human Resources / Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in PF & ESIC compliance (for junior roles).
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory filings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
