Job Role Overview:The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and handling day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Tally, GST filings, Income Tax compliance, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC management.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally ERP.Prepare and record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.Handle GST registrations, monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and annual filing.Compute and file Income Tax returns, TDS payments, and quarterly TDS statements.Manage Payroll Processing including salary calculation, deductions, and compliance with PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.Prepare and maintain statutory registers and coordinate with government departments for compliance matters.Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary records and explanations.Monitor accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash handling.Support management with financial reports and MIS as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/ CA and CMA Inter).Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and P. Tax compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.Good communication and coordination skills with auditors, clients, and departments.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
