**Position**: PF & ESI Expert
**Location**: Salt Lake Sector 1, Kolkata
**Company**: A reputed Chartered Accountancy firm
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of PF & ESI returns as per statutory requirements.
- Handle employee registration, challan generation, and monthly compliance.
- Liaise with EPFO/ESIC departments for inspections, queries, and audits.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation for compliance.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in PF & ESI compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI portals and reporting systems is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Tally or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field preferred.

Standard office hours (Mon-Sat)
