Do you have facilities and transportation management experience, and are you seeking a new job in Hyderabad? We are looking for a Facilities and Transport Administrator, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

In this role, you will schedule transportation services, plan routes, and assign drivers. You will also develop and implement improved transportation administration policies and procedures.

In your first few weeks in this transportation administrator role, you can expect to:

- Develop and implement improved transportation administration policies and procedures
- Process shipping documents, including bills of lading
- Manage budgets and process purchase orders and payments
- Monitor drivers' logbook entries and perform payroll administration
- Liaise between managers and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to optimise transportation services
- At least two years of experience as a transportation administrator in a similar industry
- Advanced competency in transport management or logistics software
- Extensive experience in processing shipping documents, orders, and payments
- Solid knowledge of transportation industry regulations
