**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure the individual’s calendar is organized and up to date.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare, organize, and maintain various documents, reports, presentations, and records. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Meeting Support**: Coordinate meetings by booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
- **Task Management**: Track and prioritize the individual’s daily tasks and projects. Remind the individual of deadlines and assist in managing time efficiently.
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure that the workspace is organized and efficient.
- **Personal Errands**: In some cases, a personal secretary may also handle personal errands, such as shopping, scheduling personal appointments, or assisting with personal projects.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
