**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- At least 3 to 7 years in experience in Application Support and Production support
- ** Good experience Unix, SQL, Websphere, MQ, Open Shift, Unix Shell scripting**
Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud products.
- Ensure availability, reliability and performance of OpenShift/Container Platform..
- Knowledge in Support and Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace
Application Production Support Experience
- Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability
- Knowledge in Incident, Change Management
- Knowledge in Control M or Batch job process

**Added Bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
