**Solution Architect - React.js, Node.js, HTML/CSS**

**Responsibilities**:
**Technology Stack Selection**: Evaluate and select the appropriate technologies and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on React.js, Node.js, and HTML/CSS, to meet project objectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on development efforts.

**System Integration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. Design APIs and establish communication protocols for efficient data exchange.

**Security and Compliance**: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and protect against potential vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Documentation**: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and implementation details, to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

**Team Leadership and Mentorship**: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on React.js, Node.js, and HTML/CSS.
- In-depth understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address architectural challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership experience and the ability to guide and mentor developers.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
