Roles and Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to donors explaining project to generate contribution.
- Maintaining database and keeping track of follow-ups.
- Building rapport with donors for retention.
- Cold callings to generate support for the cause and creating awareness.
- Good communication skills English and Hindi
- Ability to empathize and answer potential donor’s queries.
- Ability to build rapport with donors.
- Must be soft spoken having good calling etiquette.
- Must have 6 months to 2 years’ experience in telecalling.
