*Location*: Gurgaon
*Experience*: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry)
Employment Type: Full-time*
*Job Responsibilities*:
*Client Dealing & Sales*: Actively engage with customers, assist them in selecting jewelry, and provide product knowledge to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
*Inventory Management*: Maintain and manage inventory levels, update stock regularly, and ensure the display is organized and replenished as needed.
*Client-Facing Role:* Represent the brand with professionalism, maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for clients.
*Billing & Packaging*: Handle the billing process efficiently using the POS system, ensure accurate invoicing, and package items with care to enhance the customer experience.
*Communication Skills:* Provide excellent customer service in English (spoken and written) with clear and professional communication.
*Store Maintenance*: Ensure the store is tidy, presentable, and in line with the brand’s standards at all times.
Key Requirements:
*Experience*: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the fashion or jewelry industry.
*Skills*: Proficient in client communication, billing systems, and inventory management.
*Appearance*: Well-groomed, presentable, and capable of creating a positive brand impression.
*Language*: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
