- **Operational Management**:Ensuring the store operates efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, daily tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- **Staff Management**:Hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Inventory Management**:Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability.
- **Sales Generation**:Implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and driving sales growth to meet or exceed targets.
- **Financial Management**:Managing store budgets, handling cash transactions, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring the store adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- **Merchandising**:Implementing merchandising strategies, organizing displays, and ensuring products are displayed effectively to attract customers.
- **Reporting**:Preparing regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- **Marketing**:Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, develop marketing materials, and enhance the store's brand image.
